I’m a qualitative researcher and experienced consultant who is passionate about supporting organizations in their quest to create healthy and inclusive work environments while maximizing enterprise value. I leverage my expertise in the areas of engagement, social justice, and data analysis to help you showcase your organization’s strengths and find solutions to your challenges. My methodology utilizes scientific principles in an approachable way to provide you the concrete solutions your organization needs.

My educational background includes a master’s degree in Education from Georgia State University and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara. I have spent the past 10 years developing an expertise in facilitating difficult conversations, understanding what motivates individuals, and learning how to tell compelling stories through data.
